RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us at sales@vencci.us to obtain a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed. Returns should be sent to [190 McNary Heights Drive North, Keizer, Oregon, Zip: 97303].
  • Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or greater value. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • Process: To exchange an item, contact our customer service team for instructions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility. We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the exchanged item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
