Order Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days before they are shipped. Any orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed on the next business day. Please note that during busy periods such as new product releases, holidays, or promotional events, processing and shipping may take longer. Once the order has been finalized, we are unable to modify the shipping address or the chosen shipping method.
Modifying Shipping Details
Unfortunately, after completing your order, we are unable to update or change your shipping address or the selected delivery option. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including the tracking number for your shipment. It’s important to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Shipping within the United States
We provide complimentary ground shipping on all full-price purchases within the U.S. You can expect your package to arrive within 4-7 business days after it leaves our distribution center. For other orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, your order will automatically be upgraded to air delivery at no additional charge.
Please note that separate orders cannot be consolidated into one shipment, and we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
International Shipping Rates
International shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the estimated weight of the package, which will be calculated during the checkout process.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders
For international shipments (outside the USA), all relevant customs duties and taxes are included in the total purchase price. You won’t be required to pay any additional fees when your package arrives.
International Shipping Methods
All international orders are shipped via express courier services free of charge. Once shipped, the delivery method cannot be changed. Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.
Undeliverable, Returned, or abandoned shipments
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to the sender at your expense. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be held at a nearby FedEx facility for collection. Should the package remain uncollected, it will be sent back to the sender, and any costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility. For international customers, if a package is refused at delivery, the shipment will be returned to the sender at your cost. This includes the shipping fee and any customs duties or taxes, which will be deducted from the refund total. If a package is held at customs for more than 30 days, it will be considered abandoned, and customers will forfeit their right to a refund or exchange.
Damaged or tampered packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please take a photo of the damage before opening it. Submit a claim with the shipping provider and contact us at the provided email address to assist with the issue.
